If the radio is too loud, you turn down the volume. If your engine is too noisy, you can get a silencer. It’s that simple. Human beings are naturally born to be a voice tolerant. Those who were born many years before had to endure the excruciating noise just to have the experience of having a car. The word “muffle” means to protect with something to eliminate or prevent the vote. Taking from this meaning alone, mufflers are designed to reduce the engine’s emission and noise. It works as the exhaust system of the engine.

Inside, the exhaust gas is composed of several tubes with holes. It seems that this may sound simple, but the underlying process is much more complicated. These tubes are designed to create reflected waves that interfere with each other or cancel each other. Gas-gas and sound waves penetrate through the center tube. * Check the air pressure in your car’s tires regularly. Underinflated tires require your engine to work harder and use more fuel to maintain a given speed.
* Have your vehicle’s air conditioning serviced only by technicians who are certified to properly handle and recycle automotive refrigerants. Older air conditioning systems contain ozone-depleting chemicals that could be released into the atmosphere.
* Some older vehicles use switches that contain highly toxic mercury to activate hood, trunk and glove-box lights. Many organizations, including a number of AAA clubs across the country, now host mercury “switch out” programs in which these environmentally hazardous parts are removed for recycling and replaced with nontoxic mechanical switches.
* Avoid “jack rabbit” starts, sudden acceleration and speeds above the posted limits; all of these habits guzzle gas.
* Properly dispose of engine fluids and batteries. Call your local government waste management agency to find out how. Never dispose of fluids on the ground or in any manner that might allow them to make their way into groundwater, lakes or streams.
Proper vehicle maintenance and environmentally friendly driving habits conserve natural resources, reduce exhaust emissions and reward you with a vehicle that will last longer and be safer to drive. In other words, when you “go green,” the Earth wins, your car wins — and you are the biggest winner of all!

I used to own many game consoles as I was young. The game boy, the nintendo, and you can go old as you can go, I have it.But when I grew older, I slowly realized that gaming with all those big cartridges may not suit me, so it kept the gamers gaming spirit suppressed inside.

Then born was the PSP’s, the Nintendo DS, and other portable gaming consoles that went popular with all those cool graphics and great games of every genre. From racing to RPG, to more casual games when you just want to “kill time” while waiting in line or something like that.

It sure made some high hopes for me, because I can bring my gaming experience anywhere and do it when I choose, but there is another tiny dilemma, working in the corporate world, don’t you think its a turn off seeing a grown man working with a PSP in hand? Well, in my opinion at least, I was not comfortable with the thought.

I wanted something discreet, yet it could deliver the gaming experience I always wanted, the great graphics, the gameplay, and the gamer inside of me could be unleashed.

The iPhone, ah, the sheer genius of Macintosh, isn’t it? A great company creating a hip phone with all the cool graphics and interface built in a pocket size mobile phone.

The news broke out that iPhone was made, and there was a “sub-world” if I may call it, iPhone gaming. Because of the great hardware Mac created with the iPhone, applications did not only came in calculators or the default games like Snake, but it created a whole new opportunity to enjoy gaming even in a mobile phone such as the iPhone.
